Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents throughout the kitchen and lobby soiled.

Basic – Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Repeat Violation

Basic – Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water by the 3 compartment sink.

High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 5 to 8 live fruit flies on the dry storage shelves used to store beans, flour and dairy blends.

High Priority – Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 4 whole raw snappers thawing outside in a bin with water. While thawing observed 4 to 5 live flies inside the bag touching and landing on raw fish.

Observed mackerel (112F – Hot Holding) in the hot steam table, as per operator cooked at 9AM.
