Gaskets of in use and not in use coolers with debris buildup

Rust observed on front of ice machine.

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry

Wet mop stored on floor in back of kitchen.

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit

Tomatoes mounded above fill line in reach in cooler at 46F. Person in charge states just added to fliptop, removed excess product. Corrective Action Taken
