Basic – Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed bulk container of corn starch unlabeled under counter on cook's line.

High Priority – Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored over raw beef in 4 door reach in cooler with glass doors. Operator moved chicken to area with properly stored raw chicken during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed spray hose hanging below the fill line in three compartment sink. Operator put on hook above filll line. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate – Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle with blue liquid by three compartment sink with no label.
