Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents in the kitchen soiled.

Basic – Dead roaches on premises. Observed one dead roach on the floor by the ice machine.
