Observed 1 dead roach in dish washing area at corner across from mixer. Owner removed and sanitized area. Corrected On-Site

Observed opened bottle of employee water. Manager removed and stored appropriately. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Three door reach in cooler next to front counter. nObserved: ham strips (46F – Cold Holding); breaded chicken (46F – Cold Holding); sausage (46F – Cold Holding). Per operator, items were placed in cooler this morning to be thawed. Items were out of temperature for approximately 2 hours. Owner placed items in another cooler to allow cooling.
