Intermediate – Observed no soap provided at handwash sink by walk in cooler and by 3 compartment sink.

Intermediate – Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle with rubbing alcohol liquid with no name.

Intermediate – Warewashing machine not automatically dispensing the detergent and/or the sanitizer. Observed dishwasher not dispensing chlorine sanitation solution. Establishment would be using 3 compartment sink until dishwasher is fixed.
