Speaker on top of reach in cooler in kitchen. Manager stored correctly. Corrected On-Site

Soufflé cups box stored on floor of hallway storage. Manager stored correctly. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination

Pizza boxes not made up on top of ice machine not inverted for protection. Manager inverted. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry

Mop in mop bucket by ice machine in kitchen not stored in a manner to allow drying.

High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly

Dish machine at bar area sanitizing at 0 ppm chlorine. Manager had already contacted vendor to repair and have been using dish machine in kitchen which is sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit

On coffee bar area: half and half (46F – Cold Holding)nInspector discussed and emailed Time as a Public Health Control.

Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing

Bar glass in employee hand wash sink behind bar. Manager removed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate – Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap

Both hand wash sinks in kitchen are not dispensing soap. Manager replaced batteries and now able to dispense soap. Corrected On-Site
