As per manager food less than 2 hours ( white cheddar cheese 46 f , creamers 47 f in upright stainless steel cooler in front line corner ) as per manager opening several times during busy times ) less than 2 hours. explained either keep fast moving items in another drawer or use temperature controlled for safety for food and keep food in small batches.
