High Priority – Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee touch uniform with gloved hands then pick up Ready to Eat egg rounds to place in hot holding cabinet. Discussed proper hand washing and glove use with Operator. Corrective Action Taken
