Basic – Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee personal food stored with the food that will be sold to the public inside the reach in cooler.

Basic – No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Missing poster on premises. Information was provided.

High Priority – Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee came and washed his hands for less than 10 seconds. Employee was explained and rewashed his hands correctly. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed splitter was added without backflow preventer.

Intermediate – Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. As evidence of sealed test kit on premises.

Intermediate – Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Information was provided .

Intermediate – No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed drivers handling food ( getting the pizza out from the oven and then, cutting the pizza without food handler. Observed also Denis Roodly with 3 months working in the establishment without being certified.

Intermediate – No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. No proof for any employee.

Intermediate – Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Observed only 3 employee trainings , but not the original.
