Basic – Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed cooking pots above prep table not inverted.

Basic – Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles in disrepair under prep table by hand wash sink.

Basic – No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed missing hand washing sign in men's restroom.

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Basic – Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.

High Priority – Fish not held frozen before, during and after being packaged onsite using a reduced oxygen packaging method. See stop sale. Observed packaged tuna thawing still in vacuum sealed bag. Corrected On-Site
