Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer.Observed ice buildup in Reachin Freezer on cook line and Walkin Freezer .As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the Manager. Repeat Violation

Basic – In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away.Observed water not working in scoop water next to butter Reachin Cooler . Manager could not get water to run and corrected by replacing with 170F water. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate – No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.Observed no paper towels at each end of cook line without paper towels. Manager correctly by adding. Corrected On-Site
