Observed vent with condensation drops above condiments on front counter in kitchen. Manager covered condiments to avoid cross contamination. Corrective Action Taken

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.Observed main bar Dishwashing Machine chlorine at 0 ppm.
