Manager moved hotdogs and ice cream mix to main kitchen freezer and discarded the rest. nnsour cream (70F) stored at room temperature on top of very little ice in front make line. Employee stated sour cream was taking out of the main prep cooler approximately 30 minutes ago. Employee decided to add sour cream to time control and time marked sour cream. Corrective Action Taken
