Operator has called for repair, has freezer door open to lower temperature until repair is made

At cook line, corn (62F – Cold Holding); hush puppy mix (62F – Cold Holding). Items out for less than 1 hour, employee placed ice on product. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
