Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized.n Observed the 3 compartment sink tested 0 ppm for quaternary amonia. Bleach was brought in until a fresh jug of quaternary amonia concentrate can be purchased. The sink was dumped and is being refreshed for a chlorine solution. Corrective Action Taken
