cream cheese (50F – Cold Holding); in reach-in cooler sandwich making station. Person in charge ststed he had it out during lunch when making a sandwich and forgot it was out. Person in charge stated he will keep in cooler until it's chilled. nAlso, shredded mozzarella cheese (46F – Cold Holding) in top of flip top reach-in cooler next to triple sink. Person in charge stated it went in cooler at lunch time. Operator closed lid to chill cheese. Corrective Action Taken
