Operator handled multiple bags of raw animal products, all removed from original packaging, then handled clean utensils and to go container without washing hands in between tasks, inspector spoke with operator, operator washed hands and voluntarily discarded to go container. Corrective Action Taken

Multiple grocery bags of raw chicken, raw shrimp, cooked pork, and raw pork throughout establishment, operator began on remove all items from grocery bags during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Multiple bags of raw shrimp, removed from original packaging stored/mixed in with bags of peas and carrots in large reach in freezer chest in kitchen

noodles (45F – Cold Holding); cut cabbage (45F – Cold Holding); bbq pork (45F – Cold Holding) all items in walk in cooler per operator they have been in and out of walk in cooler for several hours earlier today. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
