Dishes being washed during the internal automated cleaning process. Water temp observed on manifold did not exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Dishes were re-washed on correct setting. Corrective Action Taken

Dish washer does not know how to test the dish machine. Dish washer was using dish machine to ware wash during the dish machine automated interior cleaning process.

Intermediate – Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Stained cutting boards, alto sham interior,
