The establishment also has a prep table between the three compartment sink and hand sink in the kitchen. There is an area on the plans that states the sink will be removed, but it is still there. The sink is a two compartment sink. The ceiling in the kitchen is a drop ceiling with smooth tiles, and some are acoustic. The floor on the cooks line is patched and not smooth and easily cleanable by the fryers. The floor by the dish machine is also a cement/ gravel type of platform.
