Interior of Ice machine next to mop sink has mold like substance on roof and sides of interior.

Observed blender with water inside not inverted on drying rack. Person in charge inverted blender. Corrected On-Site

Observed pooling after beneath beverage boxes across from triple sink.

Observed sign covering mop sink instructing employees not to use. Manager stated construction of plumbing causes back ups and therefore employees discard mop water in drain beneath triple sink.
