High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb

Vacuum breaker at outside hose bib near drive through window is sitting atop faucet assembly but not installed on bib and as well as an adjoining spigot missing breaker altogether. Person in charge affixed breakers as appropriate. Corrected On-Site
