Spray bottle containing toxic substance stored next to single serice souflee cups under front counter. Operator removed spray bottle of sanitizer to properly store. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet

Underside of shake machine at spindle soiled.

Intermediate – Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands

Hand wash sink next to fryer on cookline does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. The faucet is restricted to turn faucet on higher. Operator stated that the hand wash sink has always had limited water pressure. The trickle of water will not rinse off soap in a timely manner.
