Basic – Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles.n Observed a quaternary amonia bucket at 200 ppm stored next to the glass tea tea maker.

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.n Observed cut cherry tomatoes stored in the standup reach-in cooler between the front and back line, 47F

These were prepped yesterday according to staff. These were placed in a freezer pack and put in the reach-in freezer. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.n Observed lack of back flow device on the non chemical side of the splitter in the mop sink. The vacuum breaker was added back. Corrected On-Site
