High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly

Dishmachine in use during inspection testing at 0ppm even after priming. No sanitizer coming out when priming unit. Person in charge called for service during inspection. Will utilize triple sink at 300ppm quatanery ammonium until fixed. Corrective Action Taken Warning
