Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vent over dishwasher with buildup of dust. Observed fan covers in walk-in cooler with buildup of dust.

Basic – Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed open employee beverage on cook's line under prep table with steam table, next to ready to eat tortilla chips. Operator removed drink. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Food stored on floor. Observed case of diced potatoes stored on floor of walk-in freezer. Operator moved to shelf during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle. Observed buildup of grease on and around grease receptacle outside back door.

Basic – In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed in use knife between equipment on cook's line. Operator had employee remove knife and get clean knife to store on clean counter. Corrected On-Site

Basic – No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink by outside bar. Repeat Violation

Basic – Waste line missing at soda gun holster. Observed soda gun holster at outside bar missing waste line.

Intermediate – Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed ice machine with a black mold like substance inside interior next to dishwasher.

Intermediate – Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed sanitizer bucket stored inside hand washing sink at inside bar. Operator removed bucket from sink during inspection. Corrected On-Site
