Basic – Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.Observed black substance inside ice machine.

Basic – Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee backpack stored with food items on shelf next to mixer.

Basic – Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food.Observed employee engaged in food preparation wearing watch.

Basic – Food stored on floor.Observed oil stored on floor at end of cooks line and flour bags on floor near mixer. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the Manager. Repeat Violation
