Reach-in cooler behind front wall at sandwich making station unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature 45-48F. Observed standing water in reach-in cooler. Operator stated the drain inside was clogging up and called to have serviced. Corrective Action Taken Warning

High Priority – Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands

Employee touched face/ ear with gloves on and then grabbed utensil and to go bag. Discussed handwashing procedures with employee Corrective Action Taken

sliced cheddar cheese (47F – Cold Holding); sliced Swiss cheese (46F – Cold Holding); gyro meat (46F – Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (44-45F – Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler behind front wall at sandwich making station. Operator stated items just recently placed in cooler. Observed standing water in cooler and ambient temperature of reach-in cooler 45-48F. Operator placed lids on foods to help chill items. Also, stated she will call to have serviced because the drain is getting clogged in it. Corrective Action Taken Warning

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet

Vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink. Vacuum breaker incorrectly installed above splitter. Discussed with operator. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate – Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime

Ice chute at self dispensing soda machine in dining area soiled.
