cooked chicken legs (54F – Cold Holding); chicken tenders (52F – Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler drawers below grill. Operator stated items went in drawer this morning but the drawer may not have been fully closed and the heat from grill raised the temperature. Operator had employee remove TCS foods from drawers and place in walk-in-cooler to chill. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
